Bevomix is a supplementary powdered feed for all types of birds and pigeons, which helps them to stay in good condition.
It contains vitamins, probiotics, prebiotics, minerals and amino acids necessary at times when birds need extra nutrients.
► It is suitable for:
- the preparation of the birds during the breeding season, to stimulate the reproduction & development of the young birds.
- optimal intestinal health and immune system.
- stimulating the flying ability of pigeons.
- during molting, it stimulates the growth of healthy and shiny plumage.
► Dosage: 1 scoop (3.3 g.) in 30 g. egg feeding.
Ingredients: Inulin (prebiotic): Inulin is a fiber that stimulates the growth of good intestinal bacteria and promotes the immune system. Scientific research has shown that the use of inulin in bird nutrition promotes the growth of the beneficial bifidobacteria of the ceacal bacterium and reduces the amount of pathogenic campylobacter bacteria in the large intestine. Inulin improves bird condition (including body weight), ensures efficient nutrient uptake and promotes good gut health. Enterococcus faecalis NCIMB 11181 (probiotic): These good gut bacteria are often found in healthy intestines. During periods that are more stressful for the birds (breeding, ptorrhea, racing season, stress, etc.), the growth of these bacteria slows down, while the growth of poor gut bacteria increases. By adding extra beneficial bacteria to the diet, the intestinal system remains in balance. Spirulina: Source of amino acids including essential amino acids: methionine, cysteine and lysine. It also has an antioxidant effect and contains omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Finally, spirulina is also a source of various vitamins and minerals. Spirulina stimulates the growth of white blood cells and therefore strengthens the immune system. Ginseng: A herb with a strong antioxidant effect, it inhibits the oxidation processes of molecules. These types of processes are harmful to the cells of the body and are responsible for the aging of the body. Antioxidants contribute to the vitality of the bird through this effect. Iodine (trace element): Iodine is necessary for the production of thyroxine hormone. This hormone plays an important role in the initiation of pterygium. Amino acids: Bird feathers are mainly composed of proteins. Especially during moulting and rearing, the protein requirement of birds is high. This is why Bevomix is particularly suitable during these periods. Lysine and methionine are essential amino acids for birds and are present in Bevomix. From these amino acids the bird's body creates the necessary proteins for the feathers.
